Kabbage is a fintech company that provides loans to small businesses through a proprietary automated lending algorithm. During my time here I worked on enhancements to the core funding product; launched a streamlined application flow and a custom loan feature. Additionally, I contributed to kickstarting a future state, holistic cross-product experience.

I also worked on the Partnerships team, where I collaborated with our business development team as part of the effort to pitch product integrations (Funding, Insights, and Payments) to form new partnerships. As part of the ongoing partnership with Alibaba, I worked with their designers, product manager, and our risk team to optimize the application process.

As a result of this cross-functional collaboration, and moderated user research, our team was able to revise the application flow for a better user experience. Applications increased by 30%.
