LexisNexis Risk Solutions is a leader in providing essential information that helps customers across all industries and government predict, assess and manage risk. In recent years, LexisNexis had experienced major growth and expansion through mergers and acquisitions. They sought to improve by overhauling their information architecture, which would make it easier for users to understand their breadth of product offerings.
LexisNexis serves a wide variety of target audiences with different world views, needs and perceptions depending on market segmentation. It was crucial that the new site would support those user needs while keeping the overall brand in perspective. In short, the goal of the project was to build a modern, responsive and scalable website.
As for my role in the project, I wireframed a high-fidelity website using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I also managed the user research portion of this project. I recruited over 60 participants in specific market segments, conducting multiple rounds of usability testing to validate our wireframes and working prototype.
