I spent my time at NCR improving research processes, structures and governance. I built sustainable and scalable initiatives for the wider organization to follow.

Under my guidance, my team conducted qualitative and quantitative research for products across all of NCR's lines of business: Banking, Retail and Hospitality. The team worked to become a strategic partner to product stakeholders by communicating and demonstrating the value of user research, and by delivering actionable insights. Designers were able to take an iterative, data-driven approach to their work.
