When I'm not asking clarifying questions
Most recently I was a user research manager at CHG Healthcare. Started as a user researcher, picked up front-end development and product design along the way, and brought all of it back to research leadership, where I get to grow careers alongside the work.
Tools of choice are Claude, Codex, Sublime Text and Figma.
Two kids under five, which is most of the answer to what I do outside work. The Bianchi has been demoted to weekend loops, golf is aspirational instead of a hobby, and the couch belongs to a Frenchie and an Australian Shepherd who negotiate territory in ways I don't fully understand.
